More information about Homeowner Directed Reoccuring ACH (RACH)

For years the Association has been using ACH as an easy means for the owners, to pay their association assessments, with payments withdrawn between the 5th and 8th day of the month. As published in the October Newsletter, and noticed in with the annual budget mailing as well as with coupons distributed to each homeowner, the Association’s Financial partner Alliance Bank is providing a more user friendly alternative of a recurring direct draft payment program through the PRCA website directly to the bank.

Security of Information: The homeowner will now be able to set up recurring payments without Peccole Ranch Community Master Association, or anyone other than the bank, having access to your personal and private banking information.

Payments when the homeowner chooses: The new program will allow the homeowner control to choose the day of the month they would like their assessment drafted, instead of having management pull from your account .

Credit Card Reward Points:  As an alternative to the Direct Draft, the bank is also offering  other new programs which allows the homeowner, through the Association’s website’s direct link to the bank, to make a one time eCheck payment or one time credit card payment,  which for many credit card users means additional reward points.
