DRC - Design Review Committee : The DRC meets on the first Thursday of the month. All applications are to be submitted to the office with the appropriate Design Review Fee at least 10 days prior to the meeting. The PRCA onsite staff is happy to work with homeowners to assure the most expedient application process and to answer any questions you may have.
*All changes to the exterior of your property must be submitted to the DRC for approval. If applications are not made prior to the start of a project you may receive a "cease and desist" notification and are subject to a $100 fine
Thank you for taking advantage of the programs offered by the Association's bank (Alliance Association Bank or AAB) this allows you to control how and when you pay your Association assessments. The homeowner will now be able to set up recurring payments without Peccole Ranch Community Master Association, or anyone other than the bank, having access to your personal and private banking information. The RACH program will allow the homeowner control to choose the day of the month they would like their assessment drafted, instead of having management pull from your account. PRCA advises you to make your payments between the dates of the 1st and 20th of the month to give your payment time to reach our office on time. All payments are due on the 1s of the month and late after the 30th - Late fees will be applied on the 30th day of the month if payment is not processed by that day. Instructions attached
